Music session with kids at work..

as title says. We played Finnish song "sade lyö rumpua" with drums. Then we were just lying on the floor and drummed the floor with our hands. Soon one boy responded to the music we were listening doing some funny movement and I asked are you a machine..? And then little by little we started to move like machine/robots and made different noises - starting from hands ending to move all around. Learning from each other new ways to move. Then we draw what kind of machines we were.

Fun and very much improvised session. Very often best things happens when you live in the moment, and we adults give the time and possibilities.

Btw their pictures turned out to be great as well, we wrote all the noises and action to theit pictures as well.
