Wild Wednesday: Hungry Robin

We have Son #2 and his partner staying here for a few days (so apologies if my comments are rather sparse).

Today, in spite of the dubious weather we set off to visit Wallington Hall (National Trust). We'd been there quite recently but it's always worth another visit. Fortunately the rain stopped by lunchtime so we were able to spend more time outside than we'd expected. I took lots of photos of birds at the hide, but the light was so poor that not many of them came out well as I had to use such a high ISO. By chance, on the way back to the main Hall, we spotted this little robin having a caterpillar feast, so he's my Wild Wednesday blip for today.
