Bald patch -

filled.

Very hot and sticky today, I've been happy to be inside finishing, yes finishing, my scripts.

This little patch of garden was bald due to its proximity to the fir tree that was taken down in the Autumn. It has provided a handy patch for our and the neighbourhood cats but not any more.

Two of the lavenders, at the front, were bought a year ago at the Yorkshire Lavender centre.

Not usually keen on them but think they will look nice when they flower.

We seem to have a good crop of clover on the top lawn! Wonder if we are going to get the thunder storms ?
