I had a nice cycle this afternoon to buy some more sugar (30 jars of jam made this week!) and to post a parcel. On my way I saw this bed of beans and herbs near Toll Bar, one of the many tended by the wonderful Incredible Edible Dumfries Group. Free food for anyone who needs or wants it :-) Thank you everyone for that.

On my way home I helped myself to a handful of  free raspberries which were growing wild along the Maxwelltown Station Cycle Path. There are enough for a couple of pounds of jam, I should think, if anybody is so minded....
