End of the Line

Had to drop my wifes car off down in the town to get a bit mended on it, this old rail line which has been renovated and re established isn't far from the old quarries. This was taken at the end of the line, eventually they want to link back up to the main UK rail network which would be handy.

I believe this this line used to take the quarried materials on to the Derby main line and around the country from there, since which Lorries now do all of that.


it was quite safe to take this by the way, I don't recommend doing it on the main network for obvious reasons :)
