Confession time on a Facebook page. Some one had asked for Sunday confessionals, had we been good or bad this week?

At mealtimes I'd made good choices, but sausage & chips, candy floss, cupcakes & ice cream had me worried. I'd been following a new plan and kept flipping and changing and ate too many healthy extras. Confessing was my was of drawing a line under it & moving on to eat well until weigh in.

This is a huge change from whenever I've strayed from the diet path before as I would have just given up & filled my face. Not this time, I want a sticker on Tuesday.
