Bubbly again!

For our monthly lunch date with close friends,we usually go direct to a restaurant, but today they invited us to their home first and produced a bottle of bubbly to celebrate our Golden Wedding. This was more than two weeks ago, but the celebrations seem to go on and on!

This view throught their window summarises our friends - books and a lovely garden. They are old friends and we always get a warm welcome. After the bubbly we went out to a nearby Italian restaurant. What a good day!
