Solo performance

I had never thought of using lobelia on their own before this year. They usually accompany something else such as geraniums and are a bit of an afterthought. But this year they have a large pot all to themselves, and although rather late flowering, they've been quite a spectacle. As long as I keep them watered and we don't have a frost in our sheltered courtyard, I should have them for a few weeks yet.
