Here is where we spent soooo many times sharing food and memories on picnics with our dear friend Barbara.  It's north a bit of Marysville right along the waters of the sound....stunning views and a great place to crab and fish from the pier.  Countless good times , much much laughter and many generations of people share this beautiful county park.  From here we saw gray whales , caught many crabs, ate crab at our picnics, camped here and had blackberry pancakes for breakfast with our son and our nephew, had a zillion picnics with Barb and so many other friends and family members.   When family and friends visit we often go here to share the wonders of this area.  It's not all that far to get too and it's so peaceful with a great view, wonderful kids play area, and many tables and lots of sand, drift wood and water!   We even played some croquet on the grass and some baseball.  (back in the day).  I just love the memories formed here and stopped by to do a solitary visit and just hold the memories dear to me closely at heart....along my ride up north for the day.  I'll be back dear Kayak Pt. and you will always remind me of dear Barb!
