Three's a crowd

Late back from the pub last night but spotted about half a dozen glowworms in the hedgerow.  They're quite a rarity in Bedfordshire, although we had them in the garden of our last house.

Afternoon tea with friends who have just returned from a week in Embleton, Northumberland and Filey in North Yorkshire, so plenty to chat about.

There are five houses in our part of the close and as one set of neighbours is heading off to East Sussex next week, eight of us are going out to dinner tonight to say a fond farewell. 

Lots of these little skippers around this morning.
