Damselflies

We headed back into town this morning for a wander and in the afternoon went to look round Atlantic Wharf. There were quite a few people fishing there but we only saw teeny fish until we had walked almost all the way back to where we started and saw some GIANT carp. Fish are not allowed to be killed and must be put back thankfully.

I think these are probably Common Blue damselflies. Also some gorgeous waterlilies in the extra.

We went to one of the restaurants featured in Dr Who in the evening, Bellini's. We were going to celebrate getting some money with champagne but they had run out! We bought some at the Sainsbury's afterwards and drank it out of mugs in our hotel room.
