Out of the blue

Out of the blue came an alert over the Internet for a house. We were quickly in touch with JL-Bae, our groovy estate agent. He checked out what was going on and  we were one the road by 8.30.

The house, location, land and annex is pretty much all we could ask for in a place we both love. This is the view to the north east from the garden.

All appendages now crossed as we race to get a proper written offer in with all the conditions and exclusions we need at this stage.
