Skipper with Straw

When the sun comes out so do the butterflies and just occasionally this morning when there was  the odd break in the clouds they suddenly appeared from nowhere, fluttering over the limestone hillside. 

Beautiful Marbled whites, Ringlets, Meadow Browns, Fritillaries and the Skippers which I love most as they are cute! Caught here on the wild Scabious this little Skipper was drinking it all in!
