The Cricketer.

This unusual weathervane is on top of Hobbs Pavilion, which is on Parker's Piece , Cambridge. The pavilion was built in 1930 and named after Sir Jack Hobbs, who learned to play cricket in this park. He is a great name in cricket and the first player to be knighted. Looks like the pigeons use it as a perch, judging by the mess. It's been a dull day with showers.
