Life on the ocean wave

Out with the kayaks again and ventured a bit further afield into some slightly less sheltered water. As it was a bright morning I took the camera in a waterproof case and managed a few pics whilst in the calmer places. We saw seals and various birds but didn't manage a decent pic of the seal (have 1 but the other missed him - my excuse is the kayak must have moved!).
A bit of shopping and a stroll to the next tidal island as the tide was out and then a short drive to Red Point. The sun was still shining and the nearest parking area was full but we did find a space further back where there were also great views over to Skye (see extra) and had a short run to the old fishing station via one of the wonderful beaches and another tidal island. It was hard work after yesterday, esp back as the wind had strengthened but so beautiful.
Another beach stop on the way back and then sitting reading outside until time to get tea, great day.
