Large bag of red currents now in freezer

We only have one red current bush, part of which has grown through the fruit cage wire and never yields a single berry. Inside the cage the bush is almost collapsing under the weight of fruit. All this lot cleaned of debris, washed and now frozen. I was looking for things to do with them , Red Current vodka seems the best recipe I found.
