Machair

Up at 7am out with the lark with doggies down the machair which is an amazing palette of colours. Weather still holding. Today will be spent at leisure as I can't do much more till the skipp arrives on Sat. I need to cross over to Barra tomorrow to collect chubby hubby off the Oban ferry then we need to overnight in Barra and catch the ferry back to Eriskay thrn drive down to Uist on Fri as the Uist people decided they preferred having a shorter crossing ferry route from Mallaig to Lochboisdale which for us only an hour from Oban is a total pain!
