Golden day among the lochans

Sunshine nearly all day and very still first thing (1st extra - though they seem to have loaded in an odd order).
Headed toward Loch Maree to climb a Graham (these are between 2,000 & 2,500ft) which looked fascinating in the book and good views were promised - and we weren't disappointed.
A steady climb, initially on a stalkers' path and then across a mix of boulders, rough grass and wet bits, past some small lochans and then a diversion to a subsidiary top where we stopped for lunch. The noise of golden plovers surrounded us (must have been young about) and just as we sat down a golden eagle glided by before soaring upwards and away.
Then I noticed, just beside me, the mountain version of golden rod (2nd extra). The main summit of Ben Eighe was very prominent, as in the main pic.
Next to the top  which is a large expanse of flat Torridonian sandstone dotted with boulders surrounded by views of the Torridon mountains from an angle not often seen (3rd extra), I can hardly believe I've actually been up nearly all of that lot.
The descent was very rough in places and via a subsidiary top which gave great views of the full length of Loch Maree and across to Slioch (4th extra), and past numerous lochans reflecting the mountains and sky.
Did think of going for a paddle after we got back but sat in the sun with a book and cuppa, instead
