Wasted Day

I had to go on a speed awareness course as I got caught by a camera. An honest mistake. I really thought I was in a 40 speed zone but I was in a 30. I was doing 38 so not too horrific.
I spent four hours there. That was punishing. You could have fitted everything in unless than an hour but they padded it out. 23 sinners on the course. Good job the two men were nice who ran it and we did get a coffee break. Better than picking up points. I did learn things too.
I then had to go life saving. Learning how to use defibrillators. All quite easy. They should take this into schools. Would be good if kids could learn it.
I was up at 4.30 for my swimming so flagging tonight. I need my bed.
