Tern Colony, Beadnell Bay

We've had a lovely day.  A walk to the river in Alnmouth, followed by a visit to Howick Hall Gardens, where the perennials were looking at their best and then a walk down Beadnell Bay to the Tern colony at Long Nanny.  I'm pleased with this photo, as for me it's a good one, even though I know it will not win any competitions.  

I'm struggling to process most of them as they are RAW files, which this older laptop doesn't like, so I might get one or two more keepers yet. Roll on a new computer!
