Today's the day ...................... for the patience of Brodie

It's fascinating to watch the relationship of Tessa (20 months old) and Brodie, springer spaniel and family pet.

Tessa has watched her Mum and Dad and knows exactly what is required when Brodie is out for a walk and looking to retrieve his ball when somebody throws it.  She is a strong-minded little lady and is quite insistent that she is going to be the one doing the throwing.  Brodie knows that she's not going to be able to manage it without a bit of help - and he knows he's just going to have to wait.  He's delighted that anyone is thinking of throwing his ball.  He's in it for the long haul and he's so focused on the ball that it actually doesn't matter how long it takes. 

Likewise with the teeth cleaning (see extra).  He's just glad to be getting attention from his beloved master.  And, in this case, there is the added bonus that the toothpaste is 'liver-flavoured' ....................
