Church ruin

of St Mary's Church, Appleton, near Sandringham, county of Norfolk. Possibly built soon after 1000AD. The Paston family were major land owners here and two gravestones for Thomas and Agnes are in the church and shown as extras.

For those whose Latin is a little rusty Requiescat - here lies
MDCLXXVI is 1676
The letter s in old English within a word is like our f, although at the end of a word it is s.
