I like big jars and I cannot lie...
Yes, I know I've just cleverly juxtaposed the lyrics to that famous Sir Mix-a-lot song, but it's true.
So amongst the useful storage items that came with my room such as a plethora of extension plugs, storage crate and other things, I've come across this large, glass jar. It's been sitting on my bookshelf for the last two weeks and, for some reason, it's frustrated me that I haven't been able to use it for anything in particular. Not content with it being 'display only', after trying several combinations of pens and other stationary in this said jar, I've finally found a purpose for it.
Inspired by Fusion on Tuesday; how we should never forget the little, smaller things that happen, I'm going to use the jar to keep a record of these 'smaller' things over the time that I'm here. It's not going to be things like 'ma delicious dinner' or 'the extra tan I got today', but moments, people and just general moments that make this year a year to live the dream in 2k12 (or 2013 as well).
Things to add to it from the last day are the 'Superguay' club we've invented in language class and another night out in Madrid involving free Fanta, bizarre men dancing like Shakira and destroying a cork screw.
Right, time to man up and go and hunt down the Erasmus office at the uni.
Ciao x
