Harlaw Reservoir

A bit of admin to do in Edinburgh today followed by a visit to mum. After lunch we had a walk round Harlaw Reservoir. This is the very start of it where the water flows between the two reservoirs at Harlaw and Threipmuir. The extras show Otter cooling off in the water and fields of barley ripening in the foothills of the Pentlands. It's an easy walk round Harlaw. There are lots of cycle and footpaths to follow. I don't know why we don't do these walks more often. Perhaps we will now as they are very accessible.
