Dahlia

I needed a set of photos for a project I'm working on. I took the photos a
several months ago but since then I decided to have them printed on canvas. Well, the way they were going to be done meant the image had to have enough "waste" area around the desired crop to wrap around the frame. Of course I'd cropped in camera!

I know it's possible to fake it by reversing the image on the 4 edges but I was told that didn't produce a good result.

So anyhow, I went along to the studio with my orange, my kiwi fruit and my aquilegia but without my aquilegia as they are no longer in flower. I bought a dahlia to use instead. "Mystic Dreamer"!

I had just eaten my last mouthful of my evening meal when I realised it was the Penrith & District Red Squirrel AGM tonight. At 6.35 we both had to get changed and drive into town ready for  7pm meeting. We each won a raffle prize and turned down another 2!
