The time has come...

Time to say au revoir to Morgana (and all my other craft items). I spent some of  this afternoon making an ad that I hope to have placed in a window in town tomorrow. I thought I had better appeal to a wider audience than I shall have at my Craft Sale next weekend when it comes to shifting the big stuff like the wheel, the e-spinner and the 4-shaft loom!

We sold the sofa, a kitchen table and chairs, and the fridge/freezer today. We shall manage from now on with the fridge in the motorhome. Luckily this means that I shall not have a mountain of shopping to do tomorrow but that we shall be living day-to-day until we go. The idea of daily shopping is not appealing but I have to face it that this will be our lifestyle in France, so may as well become used to it.

The weather forecast for tomorrow is pretty terrible and it looks as though I shall get a soaking on my way to the hospital - and on the way back too. I will probably take my sock knitting and find refuge in the Library until it is time for the boat home. Wandering aboot the toon with my camera looks like a non-starter.
