Time for tea

I have been learning that France is not actually all about the coffee. 

A nice refreshing mug of tea every now and again to punctuate a very hot day of dog-walking ad housework has been most welcome, though to be honest, it is the air conditioning unit that works best for me.

Dusty the kitten is being a complete PITA, as all healthy kittens are. Job done, I think. My current challenge is to teach him that there are better places to sleep than on my keyboard.

Meanwhile, in the big bad world outside, Cat brought me an exchange for her tea today. A toad. A live one. She dropped it right in front of her bowl. Well, thank you, Cat. Now I have to rescue a toad!
