BRIEF LIVES

I have just finished my admin, so am treating myself to the penultimate slice of the second raspberry, yoghurt and almond cake I made this week. These cakes lead short, but glorious lives*.

GOOD THINGS:
Breakfast guest
Admin done - whoopee!
Helpful people - I have encountered a good number of those today

EXERCISE DIARY:
Went downstairs
Cut the cake
Came back up the stairs, carrying the cake
Ate it.
