Sunset at the club.

Headed out early for a short walk to Marks and Spencer for their summer sale. Got a few basics for less than I would back home so that's ok.

Had a coffee and then headed off to meet a few of the expat women for a ladies Ayurvedic information session. We also had the choice of a head or foot massage so opted for the foot one. Nice! Met some interesting people and numbers exchanged. This city attracts some strong and talented women in oil and gas, and teachers!

Finished the day with a paddle in the ocean at the club, and a swim in the pool. Definitely the right decision to join.

Now having dinner at the local Indian, reminds me of dinners with Dd and Bb.
