Soggy Seedhead

It has been a very wet day but just what the garden needs. The garden flowers look very pretty when covered in raindrops but my favourite shot was this lovely whiskery seedhead of a clematis.

Tomorrow I'm off to Swansea for a few days to be spent with my son and family who are meeting us there. This afternoon I've been busy doing some  baking and making a meal to take with us to save time tomorrow night. I'm looking forward to seeing my baby granddaughter, she'll have grown a lot since I saw her last.
