I went in search of something suitable for Flower Friday, and didn't have to look far...since I've been away, the hydrangeas have grown larger than the house!

I've had such a lovely quiet day - a bit of housework, a bit of cooking, a couple of jars of raspberry jam made (total of 59 so far), a bit of paperwork sorted, a wee walk in the woods, a letter written, some sewing done and still had time to chat to D as well :-)

I started watching a documentary on Netflix called "What the Health". It's all about the connection between food and health, one of my big interests. Rather a shocking film, I have to say. As I've just finished eating, I'm now going to watch the rest.
