The Rooster was having a wee shot at rowing at Stirling Rowing Club. It was a very well organised event and he enjoyed it very much.

I think he was a tad apprehensive about going out on the river but was fine once he was out there. He's looking forward to trying it a bit more.

His grandfather would have been fair happy that he was out on the river. As a boy he and his brothers had a rowing boat they used to take out. He always loved the river and watched the tides quite avidly. He'd quite often be away down to check the tide and see if his tide clock was in sync.

Grateful for the opportunities we have on our doorstep and for the people who give up their time to organise these events.
