Shadows...

... chasing shadows.

We awoke this morning to heavy rain, which progressing to extremely heavy rain.

By the time we had to leave for town, the rain had subsided a little so we set off wearing appropriate rainwear. Once in town, the weather changed dramatically and became sunny, very warm and uncomfortable for the clothing. True English summer.

At least the shadows came back and were still with us until late afternoon.
