Peacock Colours

I spent a good part of the afternoon at the Chateau listening to judges judging images for the NZIPP - NZ Institute of Professional Photographers . I listened to Classic Portrait and Landscape. Very interesting. I snuck out for a short time to visit Mona Vale for a photo, and I found that the Lily pads have been destroyed by possibly hail, but also the ducks I suspect. I decided to enhance their colour.
Whilst having our lunch (also at the Chateau - I had wonderful seared scallops on fresh asparagus) today we also experienced our first earthquake for a time - a 4.32 which was significant, followed by a lesser one. All just to remind us and keep us on our toes.
