It's no wonder that software developers are associated with the image of being slightly rotund: lots of sitting down, coffee and the occasional snack with not much movement.

At the moment I'm going through an empire biscuit phase: shortbread biscuit, jam filling, icing on top and a jelly tot plus they're about twice the size of other biscuits. What's not to love?
