Didn't we have a lovely day

the day we went 't races...
What a fun day.  Met up with several blippers for a blip meet (see extra) at Greenway - wandered along the path to find a good vantage point to take pictures of the horses jumping but not before we had enjoyed a picnic luncheon. Food provided by talented blipchefs included quiche, frittata, yummy scones, rolls (cream cheese and cucumber) meze selection - you get the picture.... much enjoyed by all!  John, the intrepid, carved a way down to the course through nettles, brambles etc assisting us down too and then sat down waiting for the action and appeared to be having forty winks. I am sure t'others will post hosses so thought this would do well for my blip!  After the meet another picnic was enjoyed when the rest of the scones/rolls etc were scoffed! 
Thanks Rose for organising - has been such fun in Birmingham, meeting up with you all.  Looking forward to the next one, somewhere, sometime soon I hope!
