Tired but Happy!
On these TaiChi courses we train for 2 hours, take a 2,5 hour break for lunch and a rest, and train 2 more hours. Every time I get the program for a course I think; "Only 4 hours of training?" When I start the training I remember why 4 hours is absolutely enough for a day.
The combination of physical training and mental concentration is very tiring and even though there is a time in the evening for free training we decided to give that a miss today.
This picture is shown at the end of the second session when Ulf (our wonderful instructor) is answering questions and giving us a little more information.
The room we train in is really beautiful with a wooden ceiling and a wonderful wooden floor that's probably over a hundred years old. However, the "curved" floorboards in the foreground are an artefact of the iPhone's panorama tool and not a piece of technical brilliance!
