Ignoring the fog...

...which lasted till early afternoon, Dr D and Sammy went to the timber merchant then worked on the house truck, I sneaked off to the stitching cave after lunch and finished stitching my woollen tui then called the troops for dinner which tonight,  was crumbed  goujons of gurnard, home garden coleslaw of cabbage and cavolo nero with our  own roasted walnuts, chopped apple, dried cranberries and a little blue cheese , curried carrots and creamy mashed potatoes lightly infused with a little black truffle oil. They liked it.
