Process Yellow
Day 2 of my self-imposed blip printing week. I'm about to ink up the second layer of my new print using "process yellow" Caligo safe wash oil-based relief ink. At the moment I anticipate this being an eight colour reduction print unless I run out of time. Its going to be a very limited edition - I only printed six copies of the first colour (a lighter yellow). The block is A4 printed on A3 sheets of white HoSho Japanese printing paper. If this layer dries reasonably fast (which depends largely on film thickness and humidity as I don't add chemical driers to my ink) I may be able to print the third layer tomorrow and then I might have something to show.
