Shopping in Lilongwe

Having decided to stay overnight in Lilongwe and enjoying the hospitality in SJOG new house, we decided to drop in to Game, a large South African chain store.
We needed and bought a washing machine for the volunteer house. I took a little nose around and when I wasn't being overrun by NGO personnel all dressed up and pampered, I got a chance to grab a few prices to compare in Mzuzu.
PVA paint caught my eye as there is no comparison, it was at a 70 percent writedown!!
