Connect Camp

Today I spent a wonderful time helping @ Connect Camp in the kitchen :)

My 1st task was to peel & grate 4 bags of carrots to make up coleslaw for 110 people!!!!

The cooks are producing some brilliant meals for so many with very limited facilities & only a 1 tier household sized dishwasher :-(

I get to repeat the experience tomorrow too!!
