Blue hour at the Canoe Pool

Another swell has washed in so to speak and the seas are up.  This is low tide here but there were some pretty big rollers coming in.  Not a surfer in sight at Newie beach.  There were however some onlookers. 

Here I am shooting shots like this one and some )(*)(*Y^## walks up the edge of the Canoe pool and stands right in the middle of where I am shooting.  I could see some big waves coming in so I yelled out to him to get back.  Did he listen.  The result:  Wet feet.  I was rather hoping an extra large wave would come in but unfortunately it was only ankle deep for him.  My feet were safely dry in Wellies.  Was that mean of me? Perhaps.

I am engrossed in sorting out the 1700 photos I was given to edit on Tuesday.  Most with more sensor spots than a bad case of measles.  Ah well.  Better get back to it.
