Down the river

and across the bay from here is Ridge. The home of my other grandparents and now my parents. This fawn lives on the farm where my mother grew up. There are as many houses there now as fields but at least there are still fields for the deer and geese and other forest creatures.
Took my mother to the dentist, shopping, banking and lunch today. We got a lot of the things on her list done. Then it was back home to mow grass on the island! Heavy rain in the forecast for several days.
