A pier appears

At one stage as we were walking along Marine Parade, I did wonder if we were ever going to see the Parade again.  We were rather wet, very windswept and contemplating going home.  We had walked along the pier and it really was blowing a gale, but we persevered, found the pier, and then discovered just how photogenic it was!

Superhandymanhusband and I have screwed our courage to the sticking place and travelled a long way south to Eastbourne, in danger of going into very foreign territory, but we have come hoping to see Woofcity and some balloons.  It's not looking too promising on the Hot Air Balloon front but we should get to see Woofcity tomorrow morning.

We are staying in a very quirky little cottage just outside Eastbourne and have discovered Eastbourne pier today so had fun taking lots of shots of this.

We are waiting for dinner to cook and comparing what we are going to blip!  Mine is the pier!  Everything got very dramatic at one point!
