The Politics Of T-Shirts

Just when you think the world couldn't get any crazier, it goes and gets crazier. What a dizzying twenty-four hours of madness from Washington, foul-mouthed politicians, out-of-the-blue macho-sackings, sudden decisions to ban trans-gendered military personnel, and now we have North Korean missiles visibly falling into the sea off the coast of Japan. Perhaps Mr. J is right, "In an insane world, the only sane response is to go completely nuts."

So, I went nuts and ran 22 kilometers in 31 degrees heat and 83% humidity. Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha!!
