Castle Cliff Rock

I was up early this morning and I'd parked the car at The Roaches by 07:30am.  There was no one else around!

After 2 hours of walking I was felling a little peckish, so I stopped for breakfast.  This is the best way to do it - just grab a fruit juice and/or coffee to get going, make something to eat later on, and get out into the countryside whilst everyone else is still having breakfast at home ;-)

Castle Cliff Rock is a great place for a picnic - plenty of rocks to sit on.  It is not very far from Lud's Church.
