Look into my eyes

I seem to have run out of steam today. I'm trying to juggle work with preparing a meal for a couple of friends this evening ... unfortunately I don't seem to be getting on well with either task and the time is ticking by!

There has just been a commotion in the garden. The birds were clearly sounding a warning so I picked up the camera to see what was going on. I never used to see a cat in this garden, I think this one must belong to new neighbours. We had a staring match for a while and then it got the message and left. I quite like cats but I would rather this one didn't scare "my" birds. This shot was taken through the window.
