Spiggie Hotel

A lovely warm and sunny day.  The highest was 23 degrees, 17 degrees in the garden first thing.

My weekend on in the museum.  First task of the day was to clean up after last night's wedding.  With the sunny day, it's been quieter than a usual Saturday.  I was watching whales pass the Lerwick at lunchtime, but too far away for photos.  Been down the south mainland this evening, and running niece Megan to Lerwick for the night.  She's just home from college.

I went for a civil evening with mam and peerie Brian at the Spiggie Hotel.  A great evening, and stunning views with the fine night.  As we were leaving, the sun dipped below the clouds and gave off more dramatic skies.  Looking down from Spiggie Hotel, to the loch and Foula in the distance.
