Sunday drive

I'm not sure why Trev decided the source of the Riwaka river would be a good place to drive to. The drive isn't too bad in winter as not many people visit then. It is a narrow gravel road with lovely bush and views of the babbling brook of a river. But once we got right to the top of the valley there was no sun and thick frost all along the sides of the road.
You just have to get out and walk up to the source though no matter how chilly it is. Low light, and no tripod but I managed one half decent photo of the river with frost all round and one extra at the entrance where the frost was thickest.
