Elliptical

Awake annoyingly early, some Doors Open Day wandering, cake and coffee with a dear friend at the faintly disturbingly named Lovecrumbs (which is good, but not as good as they think it is), and off west to see friends.

Not many obscure things to see this year, but some corkers none the less. Including the elliptical auditorium in St Cecilia's Hall. One of my favourite rooms in Edinburgh, all the more refined when one considers the drunken students, hens, and stags outside at the weekend.
